VN Education is a trading name of Venoire Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13146966 with its registered office at 13 Ash Grove, Radlett, ENG, WD7 9FE, United Kingdom.
References to “VN Education”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Venoire Ltd.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All digital products, including downloadable worksheets, educational materials, templates, eBooks and any digital files, are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

This is because digital items:

  • Cannot be “returned”

  • Are delivered instantly

  • Are considered “used” once downloaded or accessed

  • Have licence and copyright value that cannot be revoked after delivery

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers lose their right to cancel once a digital download has been provided with their consent.
By purchasing a digital product from VN Education, you expressly agree that:

  • The digital content is delivered immediately

  • You waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period

  • No refunds will be issued after download or access

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Not reading the product description

  • Not understanding how to use the product

  • Technical issues caused by your device or software

  • Multiple downloads indicating attempted misuse

  • Duplicate purchases

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, we will gladly help you fix the problem.

2. Physical Goods (If Applicable)

If you later sell any physical products (books, printed materials, etc.), use this:

We accept returns of physical items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement only if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of the issue (photos, screenshots, order number)

Digital files that fail to download or open
We will:

  • Re-send the file

  • Provide an alternative format

  • Troubleshoot access problems

A refund will only be issued if the digital file is proven technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working version.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Because digital files cannot be returned, we monitor:

  • IP addresses

  • Download attempts

  • Login activity

  • Device identifiers

Fraudulent chargebacks or download abuse may result in:

  • Suspension of account access

  • Blocking of IP/device

  • Legal action to recover losses

We always attempt to resolve concerns directly before escalating cases.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products.

6. Order Cancellations

Because digital files are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

For physical goods, cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet shipped.

7. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice:

  • Contact us within 24 hours, before downloading both files

  • If only one file has been accessed, we may issue store credit

No refunds will be issued if both files were downloaded.

8. Download Access Issues

If you have trouble accessing your purchases, we will assist you by:

  • Resending files

  • Extending download expiry

  • Helping with compatibility issues

You must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
