References to “VN Education”, “Venoire Ltd”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Venoire Ltd throughout these Terms of Service.

By using the Services, purchasing products, or downloading content, you confirm that:

When purchasing a digital product from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence.

You may NOT:

  • Upload the files online or make them publicly accessible

  • Give, gift, or email the files to others

  • Claim the content as your own

  • Use it for commercial resale (unless explicitly stated in the listing)

You may:

  • Print the files for your personal household or classroom use (unless stated otherwise)

  • Download and save copies for your personal use

  • Use our products for learning, teaching, and non-commercial educational purposes

Violation of copyright may result in:

  • Licence termination

  • Legal action

  • IP address blocking

  • Account suspension

4. Digital Download Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via:

  • Email link

  • Account access

  • Download button on the confirmation page

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure your email address is correct

  • Check your spam folder

  • Save a backup copy of your files

If you lose your files, we may assist, but we are not obligated to replace them.

5. No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical goods, delivery times, shipping fees, and return rules will be shown at checkout.
Physical goods are returnable under UK consumer law if unused and in original condition.

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

We do not store full credit card numbers.
